I sold an item, but my balance is still zero
In order for us to make sure all transactions are smooth, we usually delay updating your balance for 14 days to make sure the buyer has received the item and it’s as described. It also depends on how long it took you to ship the item, and how fast the shipping was.
How can I withdraw money from my account balance ?
Go to seller dashboard, click on ‘Payment’ tab and fill out your bank information. Then click on ‘Withdraw’ tab and click withdraw. After you have done that, we will process your request and transfer the money to your bank account.
It usually only takes one business day.
Are there any product-listing fees ?
Listing a product is completely free. However, in order for us to operate, we take a commission on each sale. You can read more about it in our Terms and conditions.
